Staying inside the house or any building for long periods of time has a potential of causing us depression. Likewise, going through emotionally daunting situations can create room for depression to set in, but don't let it consume you. If it does consume you, that's okay too because we can fix it.

I know what they say. They say that having depression somehow equals to you being crazy. Somehow they always seem to term depressed individuals as "crazy." It's a mean thing to say to anyone, yet still, they say it and it just makes you feel worse and broken inside.

I will help you to ignore the voices all around you that tell you that "you can't do" or "you can't be" because "you aren't good enough." It's sad, but there will always be someone somewhere trying to get you down, but the reality of it is that they probably are going through these emotions too. It's even harder when the fight is against you and not anyone else outside of you.

This is a safe space to let negative emotions ride out of you. Let's embark on this healing journey together in which we will utilize various healing strategies and products to take care of minds and bodies. Join me here, an online community in which we will discuss our healing journey.

I want to help you turn your frown upside down.

Johnny Depp, famed American actor, once said, “You can close your eyes to the things you do not want to see, but you cannot close your heart to the things you do not want to feel.”

When the feeling of extreme sadness and loneliness hits you, you can visit my page or website. I do not mind putting a smile on your face.

I also have been through depression and anxiety for seven (7) long years. It was extremely difficult to get by during the days. I was living my life one second at a time. The days felt too long and my life felt even longer. Now here I am four (4) years later free from depression. I had to learn and accept that happiness is a choice that you have to make each and every day. Maybe one day I'll write a blog about my life story, but for now, I just want to be your source of joy, growth and experience building.

The first thing that I want you to know is that you are not alone! You may feel alone, but you are most definitely not alone in the kind of feelings that you feel. I will not ever downplay your emotions or what you've been feeling inside, but I do want you to understand that holding onto those feelings is what is keeping you depressed.

I know firsthand that the feeling of extreme sadness can become such a familiar feeling to you that it becomes the case where you find it hard to let it all go. Here we can make choosing happiness everyday a bittersweet feeling until it just becomes nothing but a sweet feeling.

This entire website is designed to help you feel better. You may not feel beautiful or handsome right now, but look in the mirror everyday that you wake up and tell yourself "I am beautiful" or "I am handsome," then say, "I deserve to be happy. I will be happy and I will choose happiness everyday." Practise telling yourself words of affirmation.

On this website, you'll find information about hair care, skin care, gut health and the importance of physical exercise. I will create updates on this website at least twice per week to promote emotional and physical self-development. These are all things that I have incorporated into my daily life to promote living a depression-free life. Since I overcame depression, you can too!

Investing time into letting you look naturally good will eventually let you feel good naturally. It is a really amazing and much deeper feeling when you wipe off your make up and you still feel completely amazing.
