As a tip to promote self-care and to have a stress-free travel experience, during your travel, you can engage in fun, calming and stress-relieving activities.


You can do things like:

  • take a long walk as long as you are in a safe environment

  • try new recipes at new restaurants

  • meet new people

  • get a massage or go to a spa

  • read a book if you like to

  • use your phone less and use your hands, feet and eyes more

  • etc


Just do things that you love to do and try new things too. Make new memories!!
